Rising Tide Creative Corp is a new kind of consulting team.

Founded by Bernard Williams, PhD, Rising Tide is a non-profit organization based in central Florida which is dedicated to the development and growth of woman-owned and minority-owned businesses and organizations.

Consisting of a team of Management Consultants, Web Developers, Content Creators and Digital Media Specialists, our main focus is on telling the stories of those behind the business, and in doing so, building up the communities that surround them. We also provide Management Consultation Services to help growing businesses adopt best practices, stream-line their workflows and improve general business operations.
